  • Browser user agent — to document your consent (required by GDPR)
  • Timestamp — when you subscribed and confirmed

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email, and message so I can reply to you.

Why I collect it

I collect your data solely to send you the newsletter you signed up for and to respond to messages you send through the contact form. I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The legal basis for processing your data is consent. You provide consent by submitting the signup form and confirming your email address (double opt-in). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

How long I keep your data

I retain your subscriber data for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, I keep a record of your email and consent proof for up to 3 years (as required by Canadian anti-spam law) and then delete it. If you request erasure, I delete your data within 30 days.

  • Request deletion — visit the unsubscribe page and request erasure of all your data
  • Access your data — contact me and I will provide a copy of all data I hold about you

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie for spam protection on the contact form.

If I make material changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, I may notify active subscribers by email.
